By purchasing products or subscriptions through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Policy

All VORTEX-enabled cameras include a cloud subscription for Ai analytics and storage.

The first year of service is paid in full upfront and is non-refundable.

After the first year, subscriptions may be continued month-to-month or annually.

Subscriptions are non-transferable, except in cases of camera replacement or upgrade.

Subscription start date begins upon camera registration and activation.
-
Cancellation at any time will terminate all cloud services, including recording, analytics, and remote access.
2. Product Sales & Returns

All camera purchases are bundled with subscription services and are not eligible for refunds once shipped and activated.

Accessories sold separately are final sale unless defective (see warranty terms).

Orders are shipped with a flat-rate fee of $19 per camera.
3. Warranty & Replacements

All VORTEX-enabled cameras are covered by a limited 10-year warranty from the date of shipment or for as long as the subscription remains active — whichever is longer.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

Replacement units will be shipped in advance upon approval.

Failed units must be returned within 14 business days to avoid additional charges.
4. Data Privacy

Confluence Security does not access or store any video footage or analytics.

All data is processed and stored securely by VIVOTEK’s VORTEX platform.
