1. Subscription-Based Purchases
All VORTEX Cloud-enabled cameras purchased through Confluence Security include an annual cloud subscription for video storage, Ai analytics, and support services. This subscription is billed upfront for the first year.
Important Terms:

The first-year subscription payment is non-refundable.

After the first year, customers may switch to month-to-month billing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any active prepaid period.
2. Physical Products (Cameras & Accessories)
Eligible for Replacement Only

All cameras and accessories are covered under a 10-year hardware warranty (as long as your subscription remains active).

If your device fails under warranty, we offer an Advance Replacement Program (see Warranty & Replacement Policy).
 Not Eligible for Refund

Due to the bundled nature of our camera + subscription packages, returns and refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped and activated.
3. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel future billing, you can do so anytime via your account or by contacting our support team.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Subscription services will remain active until the paid term ends.
