Canceling your subscription will disable cloud recording, analytics, and remote viewing. You’ll still own the camera, but cloud features will stop working.

Subscriptions are tied to the camera's MAC address and are non-transferable, except in cases of camera replacement or upgrade.

Yes! All VORTEX-enabled cameras purchased through Confluence Security are covered by a 10-year limited warranty or as long as the subscription remains active — whichever is longer.

Please email support@con-sec.com with your camera ID, issue description, and proof of purchase. If eligible, a replacement will be sent in advance.

Confluence Security does not store or access your video footage. All recordings and metadata are securely stored in U.S.-based data centers managed by VIVOTEK’s VORTEX platform.
